Yes, an expired license upto 3 years from the date of expiry can be get renewed from NHMP DLA Sheikhupura of Bike, Motor Car/Jeep, LTV, LTV/PSV Categories. For example, a driving license which has expired on 01/01/2022 cane be get renewed till 01/01/2025.
